As a Sussex boy, born in Hastings and brought up in Worthing becoming an Albion fan was an obvious choice.

So, my Albion journey started with a home game against Torquay in August 1970 and has continued for over 50 years. It seems obvious to say that during these years I have seen the highs and lows at the club. 

From the vibrant atmosphere of the North Stand at the Goldstone, the nomads at Gillingham, the occasional brutal weather in the South Stand at the Withdean, to the luxury of The Amex. All leading to now, the best owner, the best facilities, the best players and the largest supporter base. Long may it continue.

It is an honour to be elected at the first Chair of the Seagulls-DSA after over 50 years of supporting the Albion.
